Dr. OSMANE AIDI

Dr. AIDI is the Chairman of many companies all around the world.

With State Diploma, Ph.D. of Engineering Sciences, Academy of Paris (1955). He was active in different fields in Europe, Middle East, and USA namely in Dams, Water & Irrigation, Banks, Press, and Hotels & Tourism. As a result of his distinctive activities, he was awarded with the highest, the most prestigious and first European company for irrigation systems, and one of the besdecorations and medals in Syria, Lebanon, France and else-where.

He assumed several positions within the Arab & International organizations, namely:

  • President and CEO (1997-2001) of “International Hotels and Restaurants Association” (IH&RA), Thereafter Lifetime Honorary President.
  • President of the Euro Mediterranean Organisation of Tourism, since 1998.
  • President of the “Inter Arab Union for Hotels & Tourism Association”, since 1994.
  • Chairman of the Inter Arab Professional Unions, affiliated to Arab League.
  • Chairman of the “Osmane Mounif AIDI Foundation for the Culture, Communications and Development” (NGO – UN), since 1991.

Today our Organisation is one of the pioneers in organising Marine, Tourism, culture، Scientific, Educational and Trade Conferences & Exhibitions. CHAM EVENTS has been recognized internationally for the high quality standard in organising international conferences and exhibitions in the United Arab Emirates and abroad and encourage the development of knowledge and education through highly specialised conferences.
